PYes i am from the Hannover Site. The merge dont worked completly on the Website of i log in the Stats in the left Sidebar dont Change there are i Level 5 and on the Rank Page i am Level 6

Confirmation Mail

Hey guys,

I registered an Account on sunday but didn't get a confirmation mail. I checked my inbox folder and my junk/spam folder multiple times but didn't receive any mails yet... :(
The "resend mail" function didn't work for me either.

Hope to receive help soon.

Hi guys,
glad to see thats not only me who got the problem with that confirmation mail.
Tried the resend button several times allready but no mail seem to reach me.
With the zonelaser accoount I'm using the same mail-adress as in this forum.
Here registration and activation work perfectly.
But......

I'd be glad if one of the Admins could solve the problem.

yesterday me and some of my friends received our member cards and we all tried to register them.
But none of us received the confirmation email yet.
My email address ist hosted by web.de
Is there any solution for this problem?

(I had not issues receiving the confirmation email of the forums)

I have received my member card two weeks ago, and have still not received my confirmation e-mail. I had it resent several times as well.

I also have the same problem.

Registered my membercard but didn't get the confirmation mail.

Hi, @rakesh
Same problem as the rest, I tried to register with gmx address and I couldn't find a support E-mail address.
Is there a possibility to change the registered E-mail address or anything?

Hi All,

"gmx.de", "gmx.net" and "web.de" domains are known to block mail from our server, we have attempted to contact the owners of those servers (same I think) to no avail.
The companies are not communicating back to us in a timely manner, so at this stage, there is not much we can do.

I suggest getting gmail or another mail provider.

Please PM me the email address you used to sign up and the alternate email address you would like to use. I'll see what I can do.

Cannot register member card

Hey guys,

I can't get my member card registered. Everytime I provide my details and hit "register" nothing happens but also no error message apperars.
I tried different browsers on my laptop and also on my mobile phone. On the mobile, at least it marked the email address and date of birthy yellow (I typed in format DD.MM.YYYY). I corrected the date to the DD/MM/YYYY format and used another email address (gmail instead of gmx), the yellow color disappeared but still no reaction to the "register" button.

Any ideas/tips?
